Who Are We?
ER Solutions, Inc. (ERS) is part of the CRI family of Accounts Receivable Management agencies. As an entity, and combined with all of the CRI companies, we are among the oldest, largest, and most technologically advanced collection service providers operating in the U.S. Today. Convergent Resources, Inc. (CRI), Atlanta, GA, our parent company is, collectively, one of the eight largest agency organizations in the country with nearly 2,000 employees and a coast-to-coast presence with offices throughout the United States.
What Do We Do?
We collect money. We understand the psychology of delinquent customer/debtor resistance to paying their obligations and we've become skilled at effectively dealing with this resistance by using proven strategies and collection techniques to encourage voluntary payment.

Our History
ERS is the integration of several collection companies with roots in the Seattle area dating back to 1950. In early 1999, these companies were acquired by CRI. In July 2000 they came together as ER Solutions, Inc. and relocated to a much larger and more technologically advanced facility in Renton, WA. ERS also operates major call centers in Phoenix AZ, Houston TX, and Atlanta GA
