The Collections Process Once an account is activated, ERS's system automatically mails the required validation notice to an address checked against the NCOA database. Next, ERS's automated skiptracing product researches and adds or corrects information relative to address, phone, POE, nearbys, same-last-names, bankruptcy and credit bureau data. Accounts with good phones are then attempted at frequency schedules pre-arrange with ERS's client. Bad phones and mail returns are skiptraced using various leads identified by ERS. Account reviews are conducted routinely. A wide variety of payment options augment this collections process.
